PLACEHOLDER. Thaton Stays is the hospitality arm of Thaton. We design and build the residences, furnish them, and then stay to run them.
PLACEHOLDER. Most furnished stays are assembled from other people's apartments. Ours are not. Every residence in the collection was drawn, built, specified and furnished by the same team that answers the phone when you arrive.
Design
Architecture first, decoration second.
PLACEHOLDER. Granite, timber, olive and brass. Deep verandas, cross ventilation, and rooms sized for how people actually live for a month at a time.
Management
One team, accountable end to end.
PLACEHOLDER. Housekeeping, maintenance, security and guest services are Thaton employees. Nothing is subcontracted to a rotating cast.
